Deposit: Non-refundable 10% of the final contract price due on auction day via good personal or business check. Deposit will be applied to the purchase price at closing. Successful internet bidders must deliver the deposit within 24 hours of the auction’s conclusion by good check or wire transfer (wiring instructions provided after the auction).
