📅 Bidding Starts to Close: Thursday, September 25th at 7:00 PM

📦 Shipping: NOT available for this auction. Do not bid unless you can pick up in person during the designated times. No exceptions.

📦 Pickup Times – No Exceptions
• Friday, September 26th from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday, September 27th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
📍 Pickup will take place in the Pickerington, OH area (ZIP 43147). The exact address will be printed on winning bidder invoices.
Buyers must bring their own boxes, labor, and equipment to remove purchases. Items not picked up during these times may be considered abandoned.

💳 Registration Required to Bid
To bid, click the “Register for Auction” button on any lot. You’ll be prompted to:
• Review and accept the auction Terms & Conditions
• Place a credit card on file (a $1.00 pre-authorization will be processed)
• Submit your registration for approval
We aim to approve registrations within 8 hours. Late registrations will not be approved. Please register at least 24 hours before the auction ends.

Firearms will be sold on-site at the property under applicable federal and Ohio laws.

🔫 Firearms Highlights

• Firearms sales limited to Ohio residents only

• Must be 21+ for handguns and 18+ for long guns

• Valid Ohio photo ID required

• No sales to prohibited persons (e.g., felons, domestic violence convictions, etc.)

• Firearms will remain in the owner’s possession until sold

• All firearms sold as-is, no guarantees on make, model, caliber, or condition

💲 Important Buyer Information
• Buyer’s Premium: 10% added to all purchases
• Payment Terms:
 – Titled Vehicles: Must be paid via cash or wire transfer only
 – Invoices of $1,500 and above: Must be paid via cash or wire transfer
 – Invoices under $1,500: May be paid with Visa, Mastercard, cash, or wire transfer
• Your credit card on file may be charged at the end of the auction or the following day, unless other payment arrangements are required as noted above
• All items are sold As-Is, with no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Sales Tax: Collected based on the auction’s location. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a signed Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing. No exceptions

🕖 Auction Closing Format
This auction features Staggered/Group/Dynamic Closing:
Lots begin closing at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 25th. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes on any lot, bidding on that lot will extend by 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
