Court Ordered Postage Stamp Auction

🔔 Join us for a Short Notice Online-Only Auction featuring a lifetime collection of United States postage stamps
📅 Bidding Starts to Close: Wednesday, August 27th at 7:00 PM
📦 Shipping: IS available for this auction. 

📦 Pickup Times
• Saturday, August 30th from 2:00PM – 4PM (Pick up from the Pickerington Police Departments "Safe Trading Zone"), or as otherwise agreed to with Auctioneer. Shipping is available for this auction. We are willing to work with you on the pick up time as needed. 

📍 Pickup will take place in the Pickerington, OH (ZIP 43147). The exact address will be printed on winning bidder invoices.
Buyers must bring their own boxes, labor and equipment to remove purchases. Items not picked up during these times may be considered abandoned.

💳 Registration Required to Bid
To bid, click the “Register for Auction” button on any lot. You’ll be prompted to:
• Review and accept the auction Terms & Conditions
• Place a credit card on file (a $1.00 pre-authorization will be processed)
• Submit your registration for approval
We aim to approve registrations within 8 hours. Late registrations will not be approved. Please register at least 24 hours before the auction ends.

💲 Important Buyer Information
• Buyer’s Premium: 10% added to all purchases
• Payment Terms:
 – Titled Vehicles: Must be paid via cash or wire transfer only. Credit cards will not be accepted
 – Invoices over $1,500: Require cash or wire transfer only
 – Invoices $1,500 or less: May be paid with Visa, Mastercard, or cash
• Your credit card on file will be charged at the end of the auction or the following day, unless other payment arrangements are required as noted above
• All items are sold As-Is, with no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final
• Buyers agree not to dispute or reverse charges via wire or credit card
• Sales Tax: Collected based on the auction’s location. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a signed Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing. No exceptions

🕖 Auction Closing Format
This auction features Staggered/Group/Dynamic Closing:
Lots begin closing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 27th. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes on any lot, bidding on that lot will extend by 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
