March Live & Online Auction
**Upcoming Simulcast Auction Event Details:**
Join us for a unique simulcast auction experience, offering both live and online bidding opportunities. This event will feature a wide range of items, including vehicles, boats, trailers, tractor, and more, catering to every collector and enthusiast.
- Date and Time: The live simulcast auction begins at 12PM Eastern Time on Saturday, March 9th. Additional items will be exclusively available at the live event starting at 10AM EST.
- Preview: We are adding in an additional preview on Friday, March 8th from 3PM to 5PM ONLY at 15266 Gilchrist Rd, Mt. Vernon, OH.
The gates will open at 8AM on Saturday, March 9th and vehicles/boats/big ticket items will be offered at Noon so that you have additional time to check them out.
- Payment and Buyer's Premium: Cash and Visa/MasterCard are accepted for general items. High-value items such as vehicles, boats, trailers, and tractors require payment via cash or wire transfer. A 10% buyer's premium is applied to all purchases. Please note that Knox County Probate Court holds the right to final approval of title transfers.
- Item Descriptions and Conditions: Items are sold "As Is, Where Is," with no warranty on year, make, model, miles, hours, or condition. It's the bidder's responsibility to inspect items personally and assess their condition. While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, all statements by our staff are opinions made in good faith.
- Bidding Information:
- Maximum bids do not automatically jump to the full amount but will increase in response to competing bids up to the specified maximum, in predetermined increments.
- Bidder Responsibilities:
- Keep your username and password confidential.
- Abide by all local, state, and federal laws when using our website.
- By registering with a credit card, you agree to allow Hoffman Auctions to charge the full amount due if payment is not made within 3 business days after the auction concludes.
- Acknowledge the "As Is, Where Is" sale condition and the necessity of personal inspection.
- Consent not to challenge or dispute charges for auction purchases, whether made by credit card, wire transfer, or any other payment method.
- Load-Out: Bidders must arrange their own loading assistance, equipment, or transportation. We do not provide loading services. Ensure you bring necessary supplies like tools, boxes, dollies, tape, straps, etc., for item removal.

To finalize your registration and gain bidding access, on any lot you will click the "Register for Auction" button. Clicking this button will display our terms & conditions as well as require that you have a credit card on file. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions, your card will be pre-authorized for $1.00 and you will be able to bid.
